how can show users list on CodeIgniter bolog?
Hey Brad. Down the memory lanes, I finished this amazing tutorial in 2018. I was wondering if you could find it in your heart to refresh this tutorial using the new version of CodeIgniter 4. Much regards!
its ci 4 or ci 3?
great great great great
same as flask wow
If you come here from Laravel, I'm stress already 🙂
$condition = TRUE
while( $condition )
{
print "you are awesome";
}
$ = money_sign…. Never heard that expression before. You are very original!
Thank you Brad !
Great stuff, thank you for showing us all this! I love that you don't edit out the StackOverflow search and the moments of figuring things out – very true to life!
Hi, l've really enjoyed your tutorials, thank you very much. Your style of teaching is very easy to follow… many video coding tutorials go too fast and it's nearly impossible to keep up. I've also enjoyed your free tutorials on eduonix as well. Thanks again!
Very good if I was building from scratch but unfortunately I have a website sent to me by other developers who were using codeigniter and I cannot get it to work. I've been on this over a week now! For one, when I upload all the files, set the DB and all the rest of the preliminary steps, it only redirects it to the original domain. After setting the routes.php it get's a 500 error, can't handle the request. So I'm totally lost.
why dropdown is not working? do i need to put js on it?
This only work with CI 3x and not 4x
thanks
i got stuck on putting base_url in about it ddnt work for me please help
Hello Traversy Media. I have a question regarding your .htaccess boiler plate. I have already some experience with mod_rewrite and regex. And the thing I don't understand is the "not file (!-f)" and "not directory (!-d)" functionality. Mainly I don't understand it because it does not work as it should in such configuration: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/62989683/rewritecond-request-filename-f-works-but-rewritecond-request-filename. Kind regards.
Thank you!
Thank you for this lesson, this is very instructive content.
what is reason of get_posts($slug = FALSE ) ? why you are talking slug here ?
I use wordpress not codeigniter, but I purchased a plugin that was not compatible with wordpress it's for codeigniter. I have codeigniter in my cpannel and have installed it on a fresh site, I am lost from here. Is this like wordpress? Do I have a dash board? Is there free themes? Can you help me with a video that will walk me through the process of how to install my new lms on codeigniter without a theme and I dont know where dash board is?
Can I follow all of this for my site in file manager from within CPannel?
Hey Brad, big fan here! I would PAY for you to do a class on CodeIgniter 4!! There is practically ZERO material available yet, and your videos are some of the best. Specifically when you explain HOW a feature works, and WHY it works the way it does. Until then, we are all basically stuck with the CI4 Documentation.
FINGERS CROSSED, and thanks for all the hard work!
