I was stuck because the server wasn't started in services.msc, I had to manually turn it on, and everything worked.

[1] Can you have a FILEZILLA SERVER and another FTP Client (WS_FTP PRO not server) intalled on the same server? [2] So other FTP servers can push file to you but can a FZS also upload and download file to other FTP servers with a schedule?

You just limited the connection to localhost, but I have laso created a connection between two computers between the LAN. The first computer with 192.168.1.6 local IP and the client PC with 192.168.1.2 IP address. IT WORKED.
DUDE, YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN THE SETTINGS WHICH ALLOW ME TO ACCESS MY FTP SERVER FROM THE WAN, not just LAN or LOCALHOST.

Good video up until 2:40 when you try to access ftp server. You do not say how. You click on something off screen and don't explain how you got there.
