  1. Miner Digi had a lot of problems with his and eventually they bricked his unit. Did you ever have any problems with yours? From your recent videos it seems you don't have it any more, do you? What happened with it? Did they brick you as well?

It really is a shame they were a scam as the technology was genius work and it's a shame not many of such options exist for home asic usage (keeping the noise down is a must).

  3. Hey having issue with my setup

    Since I'm in Canada

Ok can only get 125V I have step up converter

Now one of my machines is 220v and I'm powering it with a step up converter 5000w

Problem is it still blows the circuit so I had to get the machine to and unplug two chips

Ive been hearing about this Tripp lite

But I'm wondering how I'm going to power up a other two machines

Mainly because power consumption is at

    S9 1850w

    A1 24TH 2100w (supposed) more like 2500w

    And my other machines

    2x aliden 32TH 2700w

Trying to figure out what a trip lite pdu can help me with

Wondering if you have a solution or a way to guide me

  4. Hi Vosk, new subscriber here! Great videos BTW. I just visited their website and it looks like they took down your review video (it was posted there for a few days after you came up with your review). I guess they were not too happy with it. Nevertheless, thank's for keeping it honest and true, and for not selling out. Cheers!

  5. Why would you promote this asic .. any asic.. if you pay 4500 usd for this machine , with the diff increasing like that you will never earn youre money back . I have sollar power and even like that is not worth it. Maybe if the coin you mine will triple her value.. but wat's the point ? If you mine believing that your coin will triple her value then you can just buy it and wait right ? I don't understand why should anyone invest in asic mining , that asic's value in 2 years will be close to 100$. In 2 years with the mining diff increasing you will probably recover around 2k if the market stays the same and if the diff increases like in the past year. Vosk if i am missing something please tell me or anyone… ! This is just an opinion . (Sorry for my bad english)

  6. I stay clear of proprietary hardware. Then this thing requires a proprietary server to connect to. No thanks. ASIC's are basically centralization and are killing cypto with mine and dump to the market. Look at the death of ETN after the last fork back to ASIC.

  7. I hope AMD makes a purpose built and optomized mining card for hash rate and lifespan. Make one version to bring costs down.
Lots of money in mining cards as they know.

  8. I'm curious why you don't vent the heat from rigs under review to the outside via inline fan etc? If you're going to air condition the garage.. why pee in the same pool? LOL

  10. Vosk, thank you as always for the First Rate Analysis. I would like to se a Vid devoted to the quick obsoletion of the L3+ and other ASICs with Speculation on possible solutions similar to what was done here: https://www.crypto-coinz.net/bitmain-b3-miner-cracked-and-ported-for-nvidia-gpus-strike-back/. The goal being " some way " if any these machines could be re-purposed and have " New Life " given to them by various " Re-cofiguration Strategies.

  11. Thanks for the review on the beast that is the nano. Technically your the second to review miner Digi had the first in the US. I totally want two of them looks all are on 240 volt then. Don't understand why your so negative on your review though. This is the asic that killed the S9 profitably. No one has mentioned that

  12. your comment on the centralization of the interface, and then AsicMinerCo could just switch everyone's rig to do a 51%, Why isn't SMOS any different? I mean i can SSH into my rigs but really it is all controlled through their website. So hypothetically they could just switch everyone's GPU rig that is on SMOS to do a 51%…

    Just saying.

  13. I am actually quite confused about the direction of VoskCoin channel. I have nothing against ASIC miners (I actually prefer them to GPU mining now) but I am even wondering if VoskCoin is anymore about GPU mining (or mining at all). There is more and more news type videos and it seems to me that there is a lack of focus and some uncertainty about the future.

  14. hi vosk, what is going to happen to those who bought the asic z9 mini for end of this month? will these new machines take over and kill their profit?

  15. I gave you your thumbs up, but where is my lovely Tails and why isn't she also reviewing the miner? 🙂

It's a bit concerning that they keep your miner hostage through their website.
    What if they get DDoSed?
What if you publicly review their miner and give them a bad review and they decide to brick your hardware?

The quality of the hardware is years away from the #[email protected]* that Bitmain puts out, but the software needs serious improvement.

  17. i have a strange assumption: their miner is completely fake. they have some S9s running in their company and send the hashrate to the worker name you put in the miner settings. then you see the hashrate on the worker. i mean you are the only one with this miner. a lot of people are comlaining on twitter about non-delivery…

  18. They still didn't change the settup on there server side :(… BTW the bitmain way of control could also be possibily used for 51% attacks… by bitmain it they would want it..

  19. SHA-256 Difficulty increases on average 8% every two weeks. At that rate, this unit will never make its money back. Better to just go buy $4500 in BTC and ride the next wave. Over the last 90 days, payouts have dropped 54%. In 3 months this will be paying out less than $2.50 a day…and 90 days after that $1.25 a day. Unless BTC or other SHA-256 coins double and tripple in price soon, it's gonna be a looooong winter.
