hello, after successful set up and print test page – all great! thank you. however, when i go ahead and scan, it is asking to "set the pc to start scanning" – i downloaded printer and scanner drives…

I still cannot scan. This helped nothing. Canon customer service and tech support is terrible.
Thank you very much, it fixed my "Printer is Offline" Error message, that I had on my PC with Windows 10. Just did the procedure from 0:00 to 2:52:00 for my Windows PC, and I did reset my LAN with the correct password, and it connected to Online again. 👍😍

Excellent tutorial but already had MX922 wirelessly running for 1 yr. I use iMac 10.14 & can't get support from Canon. Automated message claims I need to "activate my Canon acct." yet can't get one. I have done a chat but a human isn't online. My scanner's NOT working for 2 months! Canon no longer provides technical support. I either continue w/Canon or buy a different brand? I used to brag about Canon's support but no more! Is there any USA co. that produces printers that last for more than 2 or 3 yrs.?
WoW this printer works great, but it is THE HARDEST printer to setup. First connect you printer to network and do what the video tells you, then (it doesn't tell you this) restart you Mac, then find it on your Mac. Then goodluck trying to text print! The paper tray doesn't pick up paper very well. So i had to bend the paper to loosen it up and try to bend it up towards the wheels that pick up the paper. Finally worked after like an hour of me scratching my head and cussing at the dang thing. Finally it worked.
Except scanner options don't show up.

I called Canon Customer service and they guided me through I NEVER had an issue.
Excellent. Just worked through this and all is now well. For info', I have a MX925 printer with fax. This is not an option from Canon set-up downloads. Use MX 920 – 922 it works fine. Thank You.
